Vampfangs proudly accepts all major credit cards and paypal. At this time we no longer accept mail order payments such as money orders and personal checks. Please note you cannot switch payment methods on an order. If you attempt to make an order and need to switch payment methods you will need to create a new order. |
| Has my order shipped? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Your Vampfangs order status is displayed in real time. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |
| How do I track my order? |

Click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. please keep in mind that tracking may not be available on all packages and shipping methods. Please note!! The USPS does NOT track like UPS. The delivery confirmation number will not show anything until a delivery attempt is made. Although the USPS.com website may not show actual tracking this does not mean your package has not shipped! Your package is on the way and you should have it shortly.
If you chose express mail as a shipping option, the USPS.com website WILL show actual tracking like UPS. All tracking and delivery confirmation numbers are updated every evening through the USPS.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
If you are an international customer, please be patient. In some rare occassions your country can detain the package in customs for unspecified periods of time. We have no control over this process. There is no international package tracking unless you choose the express shipping feature. |

| When will my backorder arrive? |

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. You can log into your Vampfangs account at anytime to check the realtime status on your order and whether or not your item has shipped.
Some items like custom lenses and Alchemy Gothic are handmade to order and this process can take several weeks. |
