Due to health reasons we do not accept returns on any dental fangs, contact lenses or make-up. Returns for all other items are only accepted within 7 days of receipt, package must be unopened and with shrink-wrap intact. Subject to a 20% or $4.00 restocking fee (whichever is higher).
Contact Lens Notice:
Contact lenses arrive in a sealed clear glass vial or clear blister pack.. It is your responsibility to check the lenses for tears or defects BEFORE opening the seal on the lenses. Once the lens seal is broken there are no returns allowed due to health reasons. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Once the seal on the vials has been opened they cannot be returned for any reason. So we STRONGLY advise spending time examining them borefore the seal is broken. In some occassions the lenses may ship blister packed. They still offer a see through area to examine the lenses. If you find there is a defect in the lens and the seal is not broken you must contact customer service asap to make arrangement for replacements. By ordering contact lenses from us you agree to these terms and conditions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If making a return you MUST contact support for authorization before mailing back an item. Failure to do so will result in your return not being processed. |

USPS Options & Transit Times
Economy Mail - This service normally takes 7-10 business days in transit from within the contiguous USA.
Priority Mail - Priority mail on average takes 2-3 business days in transit within the contiguous USA.
Express Mail - Express mail is overnight to most locations, but is not guaranteed overnight in every case. The usps states express mail is 24-48 hours for transit time.

UPS Ground - 7 business days to most places in the contiguous USA. Trackable and auto insured for $100
UPS 3 Day - 3 Business days guaranteed. Trackable and auto insured for $100
UPS Overnight - Next day delivery in the contiguous USA. Trackable and auto insured for $100
NOTE: These are for transit times only. It can take a day or so in some circumstances to package up your items before they get to the USPS. Processing times for your order can vary depending on the season. Although in many cases we can get your order out the same business day it was ordered you should still calculate some time for processing your order when considering your delivery expectations.
All transit times are show as business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. |

The USPS only offers tracking on Express Mail service. All other packages will have a Delivery Confirmation number associated with it. Your delivery confirmation number will only show when your package has been delivered and will not show you the status of the package while it is in transit ( like UPS ).
Rest assured, if you got a shipping notification from us, your package was delivered to the USPS within 2 hours of that notice! We pride ourselves on getting your packages in transit as fast as possible.
Express Mail - You express mail tracking number will show you the status and location of your package.
