1) Have you logged into your Vampfangs account to check shipping/status? You can track your packages right through your Vampfangs account.
2) Lenses often ship seperately from our GA location. If you ordered lenses and other item most likely you will get 2 packages.

If Live Chat is not open when you need us, the CRM is the best place to go! We have agents that monitor the CRM email system 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
