I put this on over some regular base/powder and it worked wonderfully. As a previous reviewer said, the more you put on the whiter your skin gets. I was a vampire so I made my face very pale and my neck as well. It was also great for covering up some small mistakes I made under my eye with makeup. I will wear this again.

I ordered this item on a Thursday and it was in my mailbox by that Monday. Very fast shipping.

The powder is excellent. I really just wanted to have like a slight paleness to my face and the powder does just that. If you want to be almost ghost white the powder does that as well. It's all about how much you apply to your face.

I bought this instead of the Vampires Veil, because it was cheaper. It works wonderfully and stays on all day. I wear it with my normal makeup as I am kind of albino.

This powder is awesome! I bought it to make my face more dead looking and pale for halloween. (I am going as a vampire) And it's so great! It only takes one coating for my face to look pale. But if you really want a white look then you just keep adding more and you're like a china doll! Plus the case it comes in is marvelous! The top half is the mirror and powder. Then you lift up the middle section (Where the powder is) and there is the sponge! So cute I love it so much! Thanks VampFangs!

this stuff is great i use goth white creme foundation under it to create a good ghostly pale look and espeacally if i wear dark lipstick ndeyeshadow it definitly looks good for my goth look but goth isn't just alook it's a lifestyle too. plus i get it cheap on here

I am already fair-skinned, and rarely wear make-up, but for certain events, I wanted to wash out as much color as I could. This powder accomplishes that.

I'm not in love with the ingredients (I usually avoid talc if I can,) but this is a cosmetic product attempting to create a very white look, so what can you expect, right?

The item arrived quickly (3 days to CA), and in one piece (I was worried the powder would be broken up from the trip.)

Pleased with the purchase.

This is the ultimate white powder you need for that true gothic look, it can be just a little touch to make your skin look pale or a couple layers for the eerie look. The best you can find, its better quality than most regular pharmacy flesh colored powders :D

I work at the Renaissance Faire. I use this powder to set my makeup. It's very hot and dusty, the faire is open from 10 AM to 7 PM and I'm in make up the whole time. The powder provides great cover, looks good in photos and I only re-apply it once per day (sometimes not even that). It arrived super fast and well packed. I love this stuff.

I can't say enough good things about what this powder did for my look.
It's silky, soft and just blends so well I looked PALE and not made up.
People actually asked if I was really that pale. LOL
I love it... HOWEVER... I had to give it only 4 stars because shipping was not gentle on it and I received a MESS in a plastic bag instead of a solid compact of powder. Yes it broke apart during shipping and I had to use it out of the bag. :(
Was not happy with that at all, but I LOVE the powder even if I had to use my makeup brushes to put it on.
