Contact lenses arrive in a sealed clear glass vial. It is your responsibility to check the lenses for tears or defects BEFORE opening the seal on the lenses. Once the lens seal is broken there are no returns allowed due to health reasons. This rule is 100% non negotiable. If you find there is a defect in the lens and the seal is not broken you must contact customer service asap to make arrangement for replacements. By ordering contact lenses from us you agree to these terms and conditions. By breaking the seal on the contact lenses you are accepting liability and responsibility for them.
