This lipstick is beautiful and really icy-looking, which is just what I wanted. You can apply one coat for a lightly frosted look, or a few coats for a full-on ice princess look.

This lipstick is awesome! It's totally hot, though you have to put a few layers on to get total white out...otherwise it's just shimmery.
