Manic Panic Raven matte lipstick will become the new love of your lipstick collection. The lipstick goes on black and stays black all day, unlike your typical black lipstick which is sold as Halloween make-up and not a serious product to please your everyday gothic cosmetic needs. The lipstick stays moist all day, to provide a much more even look and a more natural feel, so you forget it's there. It's not smudge proof though, so be careful when eating and avoid whipping at your mouth.

As a costumer in college and a by-night goth, this is the best black lipstick I've run across! It's not a crappy see-through gray like most that you get in stores. It doesn't take 20+ coats to make it dark, either. Just like a regular lipstick, not cakey. thin, or gross!

This stuff works great!! For me I do have to put a couple of coats on, but once it's there it's awesome!! And it doesn't look dry and gross like some do, stays lookin' nice and silky! And let's just say, it does not go unnoticed!!

This is really good stuff. It hardly runs, it bearly smudges, and it applies black with the first try (no putting on ten layers just to get the color right) The only thing that would make it perfect is if it was like that kiss proof lips stick. Maybe one day.

I love it, its dark and its not like other black lipsticks (that just paint a bit and stay light). This lipstick paints dark and stays dark!!! its great
