I adore this scent, it definitely smells like absinthe - but with hints of other things that really compliment it - like lemon (I think?)
My fiance loves the scent and is currently begging me to buy more as I've run out, and he misses smelling it!
Worth every penny for the faster international shipping as well - arrived in just a couple of days! Thanks Vampfangs!

At first it smelled fruity, and then it quickly reminded me of licorice as it should, because the spice was so strong. Then it changed once it warmed so you smell the sugar more and it mellows. Definately a unique smell. Not too strong, but it will catch people's attention. Fast shipping and wonderful product!

Very Absinthe-Like |

It has a definite absinthe tone to it (definite anise/fennel scent which is mostly described as "liquorice" to people... a lot of people said it smelled like liquorice, for those of you who have never had absinthe, that is one of the primary flavours). But at the same time, it doesn't smell like you just splashed alcohol on yourself. A very nice scent.

Smells Like Black Licorice to Us |

This one smells like black licorice to me and others whom I have asked to ID the scent. Perhaps true absinthe smells like black licorice. Nonetheless, I am ranking it 5 stars b/c it does a great job smelling exactly like that candy & possibly like real absinthe.
